For deliveries over 100 km from our factory, or any shipment crossing a border and going through customs, the date can shift. We tell you as soon as we know.
Unforeseen hold-ups at the crossing. If they are caused by missing paperwork or unpaid VAT on the buyer's side, the standstill costs fall to the buyer.
Breakdowns, or a driver reaching the legal limit on the tachograph card and having to stop.
If you arrange the transport yourself, the goods travel at your risk — we cannot cover damage in transit.
